LJMU Media Day will be aimed at year 11 and sixth form students with an interest in studying or working within the media industry. The day not only aims to make students aware of the careers on offer, it also helps teachers to understand the opportunities available to their students in the current market.
It will be held by Liverpool John Moores University in the Redmonds Building, and will involve guest speakers already working within the industry, as well as free refreshments.

Ruth Hartnoll, J&R’s very own Content Director, will be giving students and teachers an insight into how she got to where she is today. She will delve into the world of Digital Marketing, chatting about new and exciting roles within the media industry.

- Ways that they can get into the industry for free
- Places that they can go to get free resources
- Her top tips for being discovered
